•We need photos for refunds.
•If more than 72 hours have gone by since you received the Ruschia 'Nana' plugs, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full or partial refund due to the perishable nature of the plant material.
•Full or partial refunds will be made for product damaged in transit if reported within 24 hours of receipt.
•Full or partial refunds for plant quality issues will be made if reported within 72 hours of receipt of product.
•To complete your full or partial refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
•Please do not send your purchase back to producer.
•Once your full or partial refund is approved we will credit your credit card or original method of payment.
